1yThank you for your honest assessment. The current interim executive leadership team has placed a large emphasis on narrowing the company’s focus in order to avoid the constant change in strategy. They have implemented 3 key initiatives that ensure all teams are working toward the same, clearly understood goals. Managerial leadership has been strongly encouraged to name the specific team members who have a hand in the progress towards the company goals. This has been employed in a number of meetings including our company wide Town Halls.
