      "I have found that working here has some advantages. such as providing free food, and I have had the pleasure of working with some really nice people."

      Cons

      The success of any company depends on its ability to address issues. Unfortunately, in this case, the company seems to be facing several challenges that are inhibiting its growth. Unreasonable quotas, lack of direction, absent leadership, and absence of company culture are some of the key areas that require urgent attention. By dealing with these issues, the company can pave the way for a brighter future that benefits everyone involved.

      Leadership here is laughable. Praise a growth mindset but zero growth and the leadership team are all out to lunch.

      It used to be a great place to work. The benefits are great! A majority of the leaders are fantastic and care about their team, like Sydney. Don't let go of Sydney if you care about the success of your onboarding dept! The offices are really cool if you live near one.

      Cons

      Obviously the layoffs are a con , 3 rounds in 1 year. They were not seemingly performance based, either. Execs flaunt their stance on social issues which is uncomfortable in a work environment. Essentially the product is not keeping up with the competition, in an extremely crowded space. Has made minimal effort in returning to pre pandemic levels of togetherness. We're still having Christmas parties on zoom y'all come on, we see the other companies partying it up IRL on LinkedIn, it comes back to not being profitable enough anymore to fly everyone to be together. Pay has NOT kept up with inflation this year, Hasn't budged.
