The sales organization is extremely unorganized. I have been here a little over a year and the amount of restructuring is concerning and can make you feel unstable if your role. The managers are great but they can rarely do anything about the concerns most people have. The market for online ordering and delivery for restaurants is extremely saturated and at this point (post 2020) most restaurnts have a solution they are already happy with, therefore making it very hard to get people to sign up for anything but the free products ChowNow offers. I still 100% back the company and the mission, but the product is lacking in innovation to keep up with their competitors. Also ChowNow plays in a market with UberEats, DoorDash and GrubHub - all very large names - but most restaurants and customers have not heard of ChowNow - so during meetings, you are already set up at a disadvantage. Some restaurants owners really get it and understand but most will blow you off.
