They have been able to create a strong team culture that is better than any other company I have worked at. There are many benefits and extra perks that incentivize team members as well. This is a great place to start your career or if you are looking to transition to a rapidly growing industry. Many new roles opening up as a result of the growth as well.
Cons
If the idea of change scares you, this may not be a good fit. You have to be adaptable, especially if looking into sales roles. Companies growing at this pace have to change in order to improve systems and processes and ChowNow is not hesitant to test out new things.
