      Pros

      Amazing team. I loved working here. I always felt included and would have loved to work here longer but life had different plans for me. If you get the chance to work for this company I highly recommend it. Great team, great atmosphere, very inclusive, and concerned with your general success in the company.

      Cons

      I really don't have any complaints. Time off is given when needed, overtime is voluntary if needed, benefits and insurance options are great too. If I had to pick one downside is that if you're a very extroverted person working remotely might not be your best choice.

      Pros

      Fun culture. Family like team. Management has your back.

      Cons

      Perhaps look elsewhere if you aren't big on working on a computer pretty much all day long. Not the companies fault. Nearly non-existent performance based bonuses/incentives if you aren't in sales, even though the company is doing extremely well right now due to Covid-19 causing an influx of restaurants hoping abroad. No 401k matching, as mentioned by others.

      Some pros include the following: 1. Culture: Work with great people. 2. Work/Life Balance: 21 days of PTO + 6 days of sick time per year. 3. Pay: $16/hr + uncapped commission 4. Lunch: Free Lunch + free cold brew 5. Growth : Company is fairly new and your chances of being promoted are high if you can work hard and be good to people.

      Cons

      Sales is always a grind. Some days can be long and it can be hard to stay motivated day in and day out. This isn't necessarily a con on ChowNow just a con when it comes to being in a career in sales.
