Pros

The leaders and managers are empathetic and make themselves accessible to everyone. There have been a couple examples in my short time here where this plays out in different ways: Making changes or adjustments when needed/possible to improve the benefits and perks, focus on team growth, etc. The company has been flexible and done a good job evolving during the pandemic with a shift to remote teams.

Pros

There were plenty, it was all smoke and mirrors unfortunately. Use what this company teaches you as a stepping stone into the tech industry. Learn as much as you can as quickly as you can then bail to a company that actually cares about its employees.

Cons

Recap of 15Oct21- Friday 10:00 EST, SDR meeting to go over new script and pump up product rework. 1:30 EST, pulled into a Zoom with someone I've never met and told my position was terminated immediately along with about 50 other SDR's. Only reason given was "restructuring departments" and given 2 weeks severance after a 2 minute meeting. No exaggeration, simply what happened.
