      Very diverse. There are people from all walks of life and all levels of the company. All positions and departments are treated equally. At ChowNow, it doesn't feel like anyone department or person is at the top of the food chain. Not even the CEO. This is a well-run team and everyone plays their position while respecting that others play theirs. Great healthcare benefits Market value pay with above standard pay increases They like to hire from within

      Pros

      ChowNow hires the brightest talent you can imagine. People come to the company wanting to do their best work and are supported by their peers and leadership to make an impact and own projects. The people managers care about their team and provide transparency into what is going on at an executive level.

      Cons

      There have been some challenges with remote and regional office connectivity, however, they have fixed this through investing in Zoom conferencing and state-of-the-art technology to improve communication.
