Leadership is deeply committed to their customers' and employees' success. Both founders truly care about their clients and people and put the time into those relationships. Clean, open concept office in nice area to work Great company culture, staff are friendly and do activities together outside of work Company hires bright, hardworking people who love to collaborate
Cons
Not a con, more advice to potential hires: expect to work hard, put the time and effort towards the company goals. Creative, industrious people thrive here. Be comfortable with the reality that new priorities come or changes happen and the textbook may not be written yet. Some people love that challenge in a fluid environment. Be honest with yourself, if you prefer a more established environment of a big company with structure this could be a big change. There is nothing wrong with either path, but it's important to understand what you are looking for. I loved working here, it taught me flexibility and the value of teamwork when you don't have all the answers immediately available.
