Opportunity, Great People, and Positive Product

Pros

The nicest, most positive group of people I have ever worked with -- literally everyone is friendly, positive, and focused. There seems to be opportunities to do great work and get promoted -- several people on various teams have started at entry level and have been promoted. The product and service we provide really does help small local businesses and I feel great about the work I do. I don't feel like we are selling something they don't really need.

Cons

Could be more transparent around goals and initiatives. This is changing recently -- so I am excited to see how that works out in the next year.

Great technology, nice people.

Cons

Every market is different. I was a territory manager back in the summer of 2015 so this may have changed. The issue i ran into was restaurants needing to have their own delivery drivers. Other than that, it was a cool company

Definitely has the tech startup vibe: young and talented employees in a fun and productive work environment. Unlimited paid time-off is very much appreciated and reflects the company's constant efforts to make this a unique and welcoming place to work. Company events (happy hours, potlucks, parties) are definitely the icing on the cake.

Cons

The company is currently in a state of accelerated growth, leading to several internal changes and unsureness of what's to come.
