      Pros

      The team here is unlike any other. People are extremely friendly, honest, encouraging, positive, and collaborative. ChowNow promotes creativity and no matter your department or position, everyone has a voice here.

      Cons

      There is a good amount of inconsistency across departments, everything from career paths to management style and bonuses/events.

      Managers are very easy to get ahold of, talk to and be completely transparent with.

      Cons

      It would be nice if there were more outlines and structures in place for personal career growth, opportunities to advance within departments, across departments, etc.

      Pros

      The nicest, most positive group of people I have ever worked with -- literally everyone is friendly, positive, and focused. There seems to be opportunities to do great work and get promoted -- several people on various teams have started at entry level and have been promoted. The product and service we provide really does help small local businesses and I feel great about the work I do. I don't feel like we are selling something they don't really need.

      Cons

      Could be more transparent around goals and initiatives. This is changing recently -- so I am excited to see how that works out in the next year.
