      This company is amazing. I don't feel micromanaged at all, I work with hard-working, like minded people, and the perks and benefits are great.

      Cons

      Some departments are more difficult and time consuming to work in than others.

      Pros

      A transparent approach, great company culture, friendly yet hard working staff. If you work hard and show effort/numbers, you'll have the freedom to work by your own methods. No micro-managing here. Everyone is friendly and while everyone is very focused on self-goals, no one hesitates to help you if you have troubles/questions. Stocked kitchen, great benefits, the list goes on and on.

      Cons

      It's sink or swim here. If you can't hang, it will show quickly.

      Pros

      Transparent executive leadership team that truly cares about their employees. Lots of cool office perks with a lot of amazing food from our restaurant clients. Overall, if you are a strong contributor to the team, you are provided with the freedom and ownership to do your work in a non micro manager environment that values your impact as a team member.

      Cons

      We are growing quickly and everyone is going with the flow of it which sometimes lends for scalability challenges.
