Pros

My management and colleagues were great to work with daily and supportive of my wanting growth and development. Everyone is knowledgeable and care deeply for their patients. Being able to work from home was an excellent benefit of this particular job.

Cons

There isn't much in the way of being able to move into different positions or upward growth unless you want to become part of the clinical staff instead of administrative.
