I worked with a good team who got along well with one another. Very good reputable physicians who care about patients health.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. They expect too much for nothing. Raises are very small. Not appreciated for hard work and dedication. Short staffed.

The team of people I work with are great, everyone is dedicated to providing a great patient experience.

Cons

The hospital has gone down hill drastically in the last 5 years. The leadership team is only focused on the bottom line. The workload is excessive and they don't provide the tools and resources to get the job done. The turnover is at an all time high, everyone is out for themselves, there is no "teamwork" any more.
