Love It, Just Wished The Pay Was Better

You will never find a better group of Co Workers, Work Environment is welcoming and laid back, Leadership on a department level is outstanding

Cons

Pay seems to be on the lower end versus other local health care networks, Advancement is somewhat difficult because of low turn over, High level administration does what's best for the bottom line not the staff
