      Pros

      Chance to help make a difference in the lives of patients through information technology services. Nurses, physicians and analysts were awesome.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and misinformation by managers in order to protect themselves from looking bad. Part of the behavior involves outright lies about what information is known about problems and bullying in order to stop people from looking for the truth.

      Pros

      I love my job, good co-workers, nice helping patients.

      Cons

      Not enough training, high turnover rate in the department, managers take advantage if employees, put in departments with not enough training, have to find own coverage for PTO, unfair treatment. No recognition for hard workers.
