I was not provided enough training to do my job I wasn't told in my interview that I would be required too make phone calls and take phone calls There is such a high turnover in this department that its hard too keep up with the changes. They expect that if you have been trained on one floor that you know how to work all floors which is not true.

It’s turned into a business not a patient care facility. Management doesn’t seem to care about good employees. No flexibility
