Room for advancement. Certain Management personnel backs you up, gives encouragement. Great corporation, great patient care and satisfaction

Cons

Insurance very expensive. Upper Management main goal is profit vs employee safety or satisfaction a lowly taking away incentives such as clinical ladder

Co workers work hard, pay is decent. Good work experience. Flexible scheduling is their strongest quality, especially for student employees.

Cons

Management is stifled either by their incompetence, or by their superiors. Not all employees are treated equally. Management cares more about minute details than employee satisfaction. Pay should be better.

Excellent Hospital setting. Good staffing ratio with team spirit. Great experience for employees that are other centered and motivated.

Cons

I live in Northern Kentucky and the drive takes over 30 minutes at the minimum, but depending on circumstances can become much longer due to traffic.
