Pros

The team of people I work with are great, everyone is dedicated to providing a great patient experience.

Cons

The hospital has gone down hill drastically in the last 5 years. The leadership team is only focused on the bottom line. The workload is excessive and they don't provide the tools and resources to get the job done. The turnover is at an all time high, everyone is out for themselves, there is no "teamwork" any more.

Under qualified management who constantly change policies on a weekly basis (makes it hard to remember what the correct protocol is) , VERY underpaid, no room for advancement, SOME OF THE WORST HEALTH BENEFITS (a healthcare company should want to make their health insurance coverage afforable since they are front line working with very sick patients), extremely micro-managed, we are pushed to turn rooms over too quickly that safety becomes a serious concern...
