      There is a commitment to do the best job possible. There is a sense of history within the organization mission and vision.

      Cons

      Doing more with less. Cutting education and orientation isn't necessarily the best way to cut expenses. Wastage of money to impress.

      Love working with Patients one on one. My current Providers' office is a great environment. Manager is extremely supportive. Good benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Short staffed. HR takes a long time calling upon applicants. Once you meet with the hiring staff, process goes a lot quicker
