      Pros

      Being a part of a nationally recognized healthcare facility, great opportunity to drive change, hard working people, working for something bigger than yourself.

      Cons

      Lots of changes may not be a fit for everyone. Great place for anyone looking to make an impact, but not a great fit for those looking for "status quo". In huge transformation mode; big opportunities for process improvements, practice and procedure development, innovation.

      PRN doesn't get PTO, they just get canceled.

      Pros

      Advocate is so big, it gives many opportunities for staff to grow and move around. The residency program for new nurses is awesome! Really provides resources for help.

      Turnover rate is high
