      The employees are awesome and the manager is the best. Any problem you ha e she will listen and make sure it is handled. Everyone works well as a team.

      Pros

      The only thing I can say that is a pro is that some of the co-workers were mature and respectful. And the fact that they pay a descent wage. Notice I say descent.

      Cons

      I worked as a material maintenance in the Central Service Dept. Management was very poor and easily swayed; blatantly showing favoritism. The other hospitals in the area are paying somewhere around $5 more per hour to do the same thing. Expensive insurance! Numerous people have been let go because of being injured on the job. Yet the department will say they need to relist the position because the person injured is no longer able to do that job. They do not look for other positions within the hospital to place the person.

      The Christ Hospital has a reputation for excellent patient care and it shows. Lots of caring attitudes.

      Cons

      They recently took away shift bonuses for extra picked up shifts.
