Proud to work at a Magnet recognized hospital. Great team work on the unit I worked on, but I'm sure this varies unit to unit.

Cons

With the constantly changing environment, there are many new requirements added on the already heavy workload on a monthly basis. It takes a lot of work to obtain and keep Magnet recognition. Patient flow from the ER to an inpatient unit.

Amazing heart hospital. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to have heart surgery come here, or maybe have a baby as well.

Cons

Trending downhill these past few years. Always short staffed, management says they understnad..but don't help the situation.
