-so many patients you dont get a lunch break -they understaff purposefully, when someone would quit they would not replace them. -based off seniority for morning shift. good luck closing every day if you are welcomed to the team. it was common to stay hours past your shift -call is from 5pm-6am weekdays with $3 for holding pager per hour and paid time and a half for 2hrs a call in -have to use pto for holidays
