      *Average pay rates for the area *Benefits cost and offerings are better than most *Growing company with multiple locations for services

      Cons

      *Does not take care of long-term employees, would rather hire, and train multiple, new employees than keep the ones they have *Staff-to-Patient ratios have increased which is terrible for quality patient care.
