      Friendly and relatable co-workers & the pay is decent

      Cons

      too many to list... Managers do not adhere to their own rules. A LOT of favoritism in all departments. Scheduling is awful and they are not flexible around anything. Truly has been the worst employment experience. The ENTIRE hospital is unsatisfied and the overall atmosphere is extremely negative.
