The team is super supportive and hardworking overall. Any time I needed assistance with something or was confused about the task, my management, and coworkers were supportive and there to help.

Cons

The team is very small and taking on more work than what is expected of them. In addition, the research itself is expanding extremely fast, which has overwhelmed everyone with the lack of staff. You are also underpaid for the amount of responsibility and work that must be completed daily.
