What a terrible place to work

The facility is kept nicely in most places.

Cons

Hostile workplace. Many nurses lazy, rude backstabbers to each other and other clinical staff. Leadership is lacking and hostile, looking to cover for themselves and throwing staff under the bus. Training is a joke and the floors are understaffed.

Overall, good place to work. Remote work if position allows.

Cons

Our department really needs to hire on at least one additional person but it doesn’t seem like the organization can afford to. We have had the need for an additional person for over a year and we keep getting the run around as to why it’s being delayed.
