      Great pay, beautiful cardiac ctas, good workflow so it doesn't feel as overwhelming or exhausting, options for work while on weight restrictions, usually well staffed

      Cons

      Not a great culture, there are some great people here but there are also some toxic queen bee types who will make you miserable if they decide they dont like you.
