Corporate owned locations are managed by General Managers and are encouraged to follow a faith based business ethic.

Cons

No where near enough "car business" advise or management tools/resources. The advise from the business "coach" to just read the Operations Manual is ridiculous. The business coach is the business expert and therefore should be the first person to recognize a business trend or Key Metric that must be looked into.

M-F work schedule. Nice change for the automotive business.

Cons

Long days with no lunches. Absentee owners mean you end up running the store by yourself with no breaks.

We would also like to apologize for any negative experiences while part of the Christian Brothers Family. We completely agree that our franchise partners need to be active in their business to ensure the success and happiness of their team. With a work schedule of 7am - 6pm, Monday through Friday, we recommend that all stores offer their team members at least a one hour break for lunch every day. Thanks again for your feedback.
