Pros
The people at Christian Brothers really want you to succeed. Each person understands that to get where you want to go, you have to help the people around you get where THEY want to go.
Cons
It's a small company so the marketing budget isn't huge like the big boys. But they do invest in repair technology like diagnostic tools. And with each store being owned by a separate person, the customer database is separate, too, but that's not a big deal.
