The managers needs a class to how to manage not just unit but people. They have the most polarizing and biased people hired as managers who openly show favoritism. It feels like a bad joke. They are retaliatory, god forbid they say anything to anyone they make your life miserable. The cardiac ICU has the worse culture of all. This hospital works like a corporate, which I don’t understand cause they are non profit. All practices boils down to the end of year bonuses for executives and managers. And nurse are the bottom of the food chain. They buy a new crozer outpatient hospital and next day the incentive for nurses goes down. They make you jump hoops like monkeys to get $1 pay raise. The managers are extremely discriminatory.
