Overall, they pretend to care for the employees, but they really do not. The HR is so inadequate during the onboarding process. The employee wellness is a joke, there are so many false positives in the tests you take. The Employee Wellness Center is terrible, long waiting times and understaffed. There are some good departments but not many. Overall, they all have the same atmosphere. The managers do not care much about their employees. Women are not empowered here at all. I will be reprimanded quickly if I say something that is different from what my manager wants. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
