Great culture, great learning experience, nice colleagues. Art and decorative objects that come to sale are always varied and wonderful to see. Good emphasis on learning and development. Good benefits. Auctions can be exciting.

Cons

Disorganized management. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Over worked and underpaid. Clients can be very tough. Understaffed - needs not met for handling international volume of clients. Very difficult to be promoted. Hectic/stressful environment at times.
