Amazing people and amazing art.

Cons

Terrible salaries and it's difficult to advance if you are not well connected. Many of the best entry level jobs (ie junior specialist) go to people who can afford to work as unpaid interns for long periods of time until a position comes up (some waited up to two years in some departments).

Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoy working here overall but we take on board your feedback. Internships are restricted to one year maximum to avoid junior staff being on lower pay for too long.
