Big name in the art world Access to art exhibitions and museums in London Glamorous with a chance to shake hands with celebrities Positive, hard working staff You learn a lot Full training/induction given Secure job Membership in the best gym in town

Cons

Very little pay for the amount of work Politics and micromanagement Big staff turnover Very rude clients Extreme devision between two salerooms Favouritism Little communication between departments The company doesn't value loyal staff

Thank you for your review, we have overhauled our benefits offering recently and we feel we offer a package that is in the top quartile; an example being the fact our pension scheme was shortlisted for a prestigious industry prize last year.
