Cons

Due to the fast-paced nature, the work environment can be stressful. It is also hard to get your foot in the door at the company.

-working in the auction house is very interesting -value interns' input and skills -allow interns to make an impact -very dynamic environment -specialists are very helpful and great people to be around

Cons

-there really are no major cons to speak of. I guess you could have a negative experience if you are assigned to a department that doesn't interest you, but that can be negotiable

Salaries are not quite competitive Increases are miniscule. They are so small that they are not at all motivating. Little opportunity for movement Lack of formalized business procedures makes working difficult.
