- Somehow they bring in the best talent, so you get to work with incredible people - Very creative space with exciting products - Unique publisher considering the very traditional industry

Cons

- Although they bring in the best talent, they struggle to keep them - Competitive salary should take living costs more into consideration, not just industry standards - Little to no career development, growth or guidance - Management doesn't set the best culture

-hard working, smart coworkers -beautiful offices - gorgeous products, cool contributions to culture nationally and internationally -thoughtful and funny environment

Cons

- needs some new ideas, new management approaches - lots of negativity, complaining. Managers could manage this better so it doesn't spread and affect more positive employees - moves slowly into new practices, new ways of looking at opportunities - slow growth of learning, advancement, and pay raises

Exceptionally bright, creative, and ambitious group. Employees at all levels have the ability to make a big impact on results. There is a lot of opportunity to grow within the company if you work hard and are open to learning and taking on more responsibility. Approachable management team.

Cons

Commute can be a challenge if you aren’t in the city.
