Pros

There are a lot of fun and silly projects to work on. Great variety of formats. Nice people. Good work/life balance.

Cons

When a product or brand does well, they plaster is on as many additional products as they can. It makes sense, but there is a good chunk of production work.

Pros

Smart, passionate people. There's a lot of positive energy and everyone strives to do their best. I am in awe of the talent around me. Great product and freedom to develop your ideas. Fun perks like free baseball tickets and lots of parties and celebrations. And cool offices too

Cons

No complaints. Though more pay and vacation time is always welcome
