Pros

Working from home a few days a week

Cons

* Morale is shot to hell * Everything that was good about ACE is gone, it's pretty much Legacy Chubb which is laughable since the antiquated systems/methodologies they use leave a lot to be desired * Seems to take 3-4 people to get any one task completed * Management could not care less how you're feeling. It's all "We're moving forward and you're not allowed to have any feelings otherwise" * Don't bother giving any ideas or opinions - they don't want to hear them, even if they ask. It's just show they're putting on. * We have people in charge who have no clue how things are done * Don't get too comfortable with any workflows or system changes. Most likely they'll change again next month or the system "enhancements" will go askew because no one thought to test them or, you know, ask the people who will use the system daily for input.

Pros

When it was Chubb not Chubb Limited it was a five star company and I loved working there

Cons

Seems like they just do things just to get it done whether it's right or wrong. Management is not the same as it used to be with the old Chubb

Pros

The benefits are great and you can adjust your hours no major micromanaging you can work independently decent work environment of you worked in a call center before

Cons

The certification process is terrible 8 long months of stress the training was poor your expected to take notes and remember what you been taught which entails a buttload of info they expect you to retain this info and ask no questions if you do you are made to look like an idiot for asking the trainers are old and lazy little to no tools is provided every thing is almost manual the systems used are from the dark ages and the pay is a joke you are constantly receiving threats if you don't perform the majority of the time you are guessing no one knows their job you literally are the computer yet you get paid like a lowly servant lots of favoritism and rude old stuck in their ways management no pat on the back but constant negative feedback
