Long hours, management not seasoned, hard to hit plan when the system is not performing and the underwriters are overworked, billings are a mess, only a handful of people hit plan because they have cosmopolitan territories and/or they have a book roll that is their only means of new business numbers.

No diversity above the AVP level. Almost funny to see that many white males together! Rule by fear and toxic culture. Many African Americans employed from the old Chubb were let go in the past 3 years! Many forced into early retirement by the ACE Management or restructured out. They preach fake diversity as it is all surface level.
