Pros
I once loved this company and my job; however; there's been a change and it seems that there is a mass exodus of people leaving to retire or find a new position that started mid-to-late last year and has progressed. The feeling of things being "off" has only intensified as the year has continued.
Cons
Getting rid of the hybrid schedule and returning back to the office full time. Micromanaging has became a thing. The raises are laughable. If you're out due to an illness on FMLA, it will actually count against your evaluation at the end of year.
