      Pros

      It's a fun atmosphere. Everyone is relaxed. And the kids are great, they have so much fun with all the games and what not.

      Cons

      It's dirty, and our store had ceilling leaking problems. The management can sometimes be too relaxed but overall it's a good experience.

      Benefits package that comes after 30 days If you like working with kids its a good place to work. Especially if you wanna be a teacher

      Cons

      No promotions or room to grow. When asking for raises you will always get shut down saying the company is not performing well.

      Pros

      Great culture. Honestly some of the best times I've ever had in a work place have been here. Easy to move up in the company in a large metro area as there are several locations.

      Managers are often lazy because business has such a positive outlook among the typical consumer
