Pros
Chuck E. Cheese was a great first job. Any high schooler should take advantage of the opportunity to play and have fun for decent pay. Sure, you may have to dress up in an old sweaty costumes and learn routines and songs that make you feel like an idiot, but you are only young once. So just live it up.
Cons
It should be considered a temporary job and those in management have spent way too much time there or else ended up there because of an inability to perform managerial duties in a real business.
