      pay and benefits are favorable job security depending who you work for good people still exist in key roles

      Cons

      HR is "mostly" toxic and drastically understaffed toxic leadership is creating an environment of distrust poor communication, no communication, lies are the new norm rules for thee not for me racism is ignored when it is real or treated as guilty until proven innocent when falsely accused
