      The only pro is the employee give-away

      Cons

      There are so many cons that this company has. Promotion is impossible even if you better yourself through education. It seems as though they know who will get advanced even before the interviews take place. It's not what you know but rather who you know. I have been given so bizarre reasons why I did no get a particular position I applied for. It seems they could have come up with something better.
