Pros

Some pleasant co-workers, comradery mainly due to dealing with common complaints.

Cons

Brand teams are large and in charge while other areas of marketing, like digital, are beholden to them and not truly in charge of anything. Digital leadership cannot be trusted, just out for themselves and flat out lie to those below them. Toxic environment, probably the worst in my career thus far.

Pros

Good benefits, giveaways and OK salary.

Cons

The senior management seems they’re all part of some cult or religion or something. They’re strangely close to one another and don’t engage with junior managers.
