      Pros

      Good company to work for and have on your resume. Gain lots of experience and resume builders since it is so lean that you have to take on so much work. Decent health insurance

      Cons

      Overworked, under payed, and doesn’t want to change anything Because “that’s how we’ve always done it” very close minded to new ideas on how they can retain employees and would rather have jobs opening for months and put more workload on the remaining team rather than adjusting their pay scale or work structure.

      Good company culture - Everyone pitches in. - Flexible work options. - Good (not great) benefits - Company is growing and expanding

      Cons

      Limited growth potential due to overall size of business vs competitors. CHD is 'lean' so they have smaller teams. Because of the small teams there just are not enough growth opportunities

      Pros

      Great company for those that like to work independently and not be micro-managed. The people are very welcoming and there is a nice work/life balance.

      Cons

      It is difficult (not impossible) to get recognition for your successes and advance your career unless you are on the sales or manufacturing sides of the business. You need to be content with self-gratification and comfortable waiting longer than smaller companies would to recognize accomplishments.
