Disappointing

Pros

Monthly Freebies, the annual bonus is good. Some really nice line workers, who are good at their jobs.

Cons

Two faced, backstabbing management. They say they want "change" but are unable to do so. Heavy investment in ill specified production machinery, which management think is great. Shop floor rumours of management corruption. Too much knee jerk reaction.
