Pros

Supportive, collaborative culture that embraces cross-functionality. You will do a lot here, you will touch a myriad of businesses, and you will learn a lot too. There is also much room to grow, and you will be recognized for significant contribution. The executive team is present and values their employees.

Cons

While much of the work is stimulating, the shear work load can often feel impossible to manage. Politics often slow things down and increase confusion and inefficiency. “Burnout” and high turnover are common in some of the Supply Chain departments, but not all.
