Pros
They recognize hard work - if you are putting in the work to be above average, typically you will get recognition for it of some sort
Cons
The diversity is lacking in general and especially at top levels. It took until 2023 for them to realize ERGs are not discriminatory, but add to the culture and give employees safe spaces to learn and feel supported. There is also such a wide range of experiences you can have just based on your department or manager.
